a11yOne ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps users run accessibility audits, log manual findings, and export reports. This policy explains what information the extension handles and how it is stored.

Summary

a11yOne stores your audit data locally in your browser. We do not operate a backend server that collects your projects, issues, scans, or screenshots. The extension does not sell your data.

Information stored locally

When you use a11yOne, the following data may be saved in Chrome's local storage on your device:

• Project names, client names, and descriptions you enter
• Page URLs associated with your audits
• Automated scan results and manually logged accessibility issues
• Screenshots and element selectors you capture during manual logging
• Extension settings such as your active project and plan status

This data remains on your device unless you uninstall the extension or clear extension storage.

Information processed temporarily

To perform its core functions, a11yOne may temporarily access:

• The URL and DOM of pages you choose to scan or pick elements from
• Open browser tab titles and URLs when you select a page for an issue
• Visible page content for automated accessibility analysis using axe-core

This processing happens in your browser. Scan results are saved locally only when you choose to save them.
